First Steps!

Since I am kinda using this as a baby book..Laney took her first steps this afternoon! She for the past few days has been standing so good by herself and you can just see it in her eyes that she wants to step so bad, so we have been trying to encourage her. I thought she was going to do it this afternoon when I picked her up for daycare but she didn't. When we got home, we played outside and then came in where the big event took place! She was standing at me grinning with her Daddy watching and I kept telling her to come to me and she took 3 tiny (very tiny) steps! Jason and I both cheered and Parker said "What, what did she do?" He was not paying attention of course! Anyway, so that is the fun news! Maybe next time I will have camera or video camera in hand!
