The Zoo!

Friday, Parker and I went to the zoo with his class. We had to be at the school at 615 to ride the bus to Memphis! We made it! We had lots of fun but at about 10 it was like all of Memphis decided to come to the zoo. The teacher said that she called the day before and 4000 students were going to be there not counting all the poor people that just decided to come to the zoo! It was scary to think Parker could have gotten lost in the crowd so easily! We had a good time though! Parker's favorite well of course the snakes! I mean he is a boy after all! 200% boy at that! My favorite was the gorillas because there were 2 of them that are "getting to know" each other and the real big one was very agitated and ran toward the other one beating his chest! I have never seen that before real life and it made me jump! The monkeys too were really "talking" to each other! One thing his teachers told me Friday was that I get my money's worth at lunch. The other kids are talking and giggling and Parker is eating! He cleans his plate everyday which I am shocked because they have some type of veggie everyday and mashed potatoes sometimes which that is one food I have never been able to get him to eat, not even when he was a baby! Oh and they said sometimes he has somebody Else's lunch too! Good grief no wonder he is in the 90% for weight but he is in that for height too so I guess it is ok! This reminds me too..What Parker said in the drs office the other day (he had a sinus infection). He told a girl to "Quit Agitating me!" I fell out laughing. He knows that word because I usually say "Parker, quit agitating your sister!" LOL! Parker's class-Mrs. Herbison's class. Too funny they are buddies because Kolten's Mom (Debbie) and I were in 4k together too! Well Kolten is in the other 4k class. Wouldn't know it though if you saw us at 5..these 2 look like their daddies! Yes! We found them!
