Birthday Weekend

Yep, it was my 32nd birthday. I feel so old! We had a great weekend that started off going to bed early Friday night! Much much needed for all of us! Saturday I went to an Estate sale then took Parker and Laney out to Octoberfest. Those of you that don't live around here, Octoberfest has nothing to do with the German Oktoberfest. It is a weekend of BBQ ccokoff, music, fun and crafts. Parker amazed me how well behave he has gotten! So pleased since I was out there by myself with him and Laney. I just remember when I took him out there to play 2 years ago when I drug him off crying, last year he was pretty behaved but this year an angel! Oh my little boy is growing up into a mature little boy! He did for some reason see one of my sister's very skinny friends who did have one of those flowing shirts on and he told her her belly was fat. It was not at all, she is very thin! He said he was just kidding but had to have a talk about things we shouldn't say. That night we went to Crawdad's for a birthday gathering. It was fun. Yesterday, my actual birthday we just hung out at the house, napped (the only present I wanted!) and headed over to Momma's for a dinner she made. My aunts too from Idaho are in town. They are so much fun and all of them actually said Laney looked just like me when I was a baby. Anyway, that was the weekend in a nutshell. Here are some pictures.
